Hm, kinda. Since I'm was a member of Story Wars as well as you are, I should say that this site is quite… different. This has universes, and you can make your characters, so I think it's a bit more advanced, but cool! I really like it, after all.
You can use this for story-writing, role-playing and much more!
It's really cool to interact with others, and some of us here are coming from Story Wars.

Yeah, I agree. Story Wars was more focused on drafting and collaborative writing. And while this site does have a collaboration feature, this site is more focused on fleshing out the people, places, and other ideas within your universe.
There are many role-plays that you can stalk, or even make one yourself, I reckon these people don't bite too much.
