forum How do you change billing information on here?

I’ve been trying to find a way to do that(Searched on google and everything else I can think of). Please help.

Hey!

To change the card you have on file, you can click "Account Billing" from the top-right dropdown of any page. From there, scroll down to the "Your payment method" box and click the "DELETE EXISTING PAYMENT METHOD" link.

If you don't have a card on file when your subscription ends, you'll be moved back to the free tier (but won't lose access to any pages you've already created). You can always add a new card when you re-upgrade, or before your subscription ends (so it renews on the new card) by clicking the "ADD PAYMENT METHOD" button on the same page (that shows up when you don't have a card saved).

As I write this, I realize how convoluted and unclear this process is, and I'm sorry about that – I'll see what I can do to streamline the process and make it clearer.

Hello, I unfortunately can't afford my Notebook.ai subscription any longer and need to downgrade for a while. Do lose the premium pages I made when I do this? Thank you for your time.

@SincereBeastie - No, you will still be able to access and edit any premium pages you created while having a subscription. :) You will just not be able to create any new premium pages.

Huh… I might ask my mom to get me a subscription to notebook then for a month come summer. It might just be worth it.
