(My OC may not be real-life ocean life, however, she is fantasy ocean life.

Meet Echo the water dragon. She is heavily inspired by the Wings of Fire Seawing. She has navy blue scales and azure wings and horns. Her eyes are magenta with yellow eye whites and the little dots under her eyes are white.

Normally she walks on all 4s, but walks on her hind legs in bikini bottom. She is less civilized than the rest of the ocean inhabitants, as dragons are a violent and discordant race.)
