"I am not crazy" He said firmly, the smile falling from his face.

“I never said you were crazy.” Az murmurs. “Just. . . Never head someone call blood beautiful before.”

"but it is, it is such a wondrous color. so vibrant and unique and amazing. I love it" his grin returned.

Az shrugged “I mean, you’re not wrong.”

"now, where are we going?" he tilted his head.

“We’re staying here at this party.”

"party? but I wasn't invited? they will know" he pouted.

“I just invited you.” He takes the other’s arm gently and pulls him towards a small group of people.

(the shirt isn't long sleeve is it?)

"Oh… ok" Tyler sighed, looking around anxiously.

(No, but if he’s that uncomfortable, Az can give him his jacket)

Az smirks slightly and hovers on the edge of the group, watching.

Tyler held his arms to his chest, worried that he would be judged for the scars. Regretting not having a spare shirt himself.

Az looks at him, “Cold?” He asks, tilting his head to the side.

"o-oh… no.. sorry" He spoke quietly.

Az frowns slightly, “If you are, I can give you my jacket. I’m hot, really.” He tips his head to the side.

"i'm not cold I just…" He motioned at his scar covered arms.

Az pulls his jacket off, “I was trying to be sly. Don’t know how comfortable you are with someone pointing that out.” He offers the jacket.

Tyler eagerly puts the jacket on, "thanks"

Az nods, “No problem.”

"so… are you friends with these… people" he looked around, trying to keep himself centered mentally.

(Ok so like. Split personalities? I think thats what its called-)

(FOr who? Tyler? Cause I’ve picked up on that)

Az sighs. Carmen’s friends really, Az would beat the shit out of anyone if they tried to treat him the way these people treated Carmen. “Yeah. . .”

"oh… w- I don't have friends" Tyler said sadly, looking at the people.

“Well, you have me now. . . So, yes, you do.” Az grins at Tyler.

"I… you… my friend?" he blinks slowly, confused.

Az nods, “Yeah. Unless you don’t want to.”

"i… I need friends" he sighs.

Az smiles at him.

Tyler looks away, his cheeks turning slightly red.

Az watches, keeping his gaze open and soft.

Tyler looks down at the ground, tugging on the sleeves of the jacket.

Az sighs, “Come on. . .” He leads Tyler closer to the group.
