He snorted. "Yeah, probably."

"can you nap with me for a bit?"

asra yawned, slipping out of his pants

D'Arcy arched his eyebrows. "You need to drop your pants for a nap?"

“ more comfortable,” he said softly

"Ah, I see~" D'Arcy teased.

“Cuddles?” He asked softly

D'Arcy inched over and patted the space beside him.

Asra smiled, cuddling to D’Arcy

D'Arcy held him close and kissed his ear.

“ I love you too,”

D'Arcy chuckled. "Sleep."

“ on it..” he yawned

D'Arcy closed his eyes too, and he pretended to fall asleep.

asra fell asleep shortly after

D'Arcy stayed awake and kept watch all night.

asra's breathing was rugged and uneven. his body would flinch or muscles would spasm and his face would contort in pain

D'Arcy frowned, and he didn't know if he should wake the other boy up or not.

asra had done so himself, screaming as he woke with a jolt "D"ARCY!"

D'Arcy sat bolt upright quicker than he thought possible. "I'm here!"

asra started breaking down, finally all the trauma from what had happened was showing

"Hey," D'Arcy said calmly, taking Asra into his arms. "It's alright. Nothing like that will ever happen to you again, I promise."

"i- "he sobbed " everything hurt…you… you didn't come"

D'Arcy winced. "I know. It was a mistake. It will never happen again. I swear on my blood."

Asra cried into the vampires shoulder for a long time, eventually crying himself back to sleep..

D'Arcy continued to hold Asra close, even as his sobs died down with his sleep.

Asra slept till morn. Having had terrors most of the night hadn't helped his body any either

D'Arcy stayed awake, patiently waiting for Asra to wake.
