clears throat So, Jikan Seiki's power is basically "predicting" the past, he accesses people's memories by touch and he is able to see and hear everything from any memory that person has, with the boundaries being how far back the person remembers, what they remember and he can't access what the person was thinking at the time, just what objectively happened. His power consumes a lot of energy (like, physical and mental energy, the stuff you restore after eating and sleeping 8+ hours a day), specially when he accesses too many memories at once (the longest the memory, the more energy is used), reads more than one person at the same time and/or uses his power too many times thorughout the day. Fun fact: he is an official, high rank, pretty much the King's lawyer, (since he sees the past exactly as it was, he just compares people's memories and finds out exactly who was guilty, what they did and how) he is known as the best lawyer in the country, and is constantly working/in trials and therefore, he sleeps very little due to a huuuge daily shift AND he uses his power to an almost unbearable extent, add this with the backlash from overusing it and now multiply doing this for 13 years. This man is living on caffeine and will desperately sleep if the room is silent for more than 3 minutes lmao.
