Ok so idk I want a next-gen DC RP where the kids are just as - if not more than - evil as their parents
I'm kinda leaning towards Harley and Joker (not because I like the pairing but because it's a real one and I have an idea for it)

GENERAL STUFF
Name: Clementine Quinzel. Goes by Clem. Probably not a good idea to actually call her Clementine.
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Pansexual
Appearance: Clem has pale skin with a ton of freckles. Her eyes are a strange blue, a particular shade that you wouldn't expect an eye to be. Her hair is split dyed, the left die being blue and the right side purple. She often puts her hair in a bun or in dutch braids. When out it is mid-back length and straight.
She also has a small music tattoo (without the 'music is life' part) on her left wrist.
Style: Clem's style is not what you would think. It is actually pretty girly and has nothing to do with her parents. It keeps with her colours: blue and purple.
Personality: Clem is relatively sadistic. She is fierce, determined and rarely takes no for an answer. She isn't scared to kill anyone who gets in her way and will take pleasure from it. She is not someone to cross.
Likes: Beatboxing, rapping, singing, guitar, her mother
Dislikes: Her father, some of the heroes
Background: Clem has always adored her mother. Harley was loving and caring and more perfect than one would expect. But she despises her father. He was abusive and cruel and just as bad as everyone knew he would be. The one thing that Clem desires most in life is her father's death, even if she brings it on herself.
Clem has always enjoyed music. She is a talented rapper, beatboxer and singer. She has made a name for herself in that world and is quite popular. She really wants nothing to do with the life of crime, and goes by the name of Quin in the music circle. None of her fans know her real name or her parentage, though many have speculated.
Clem is actually surprisingly close to her sister Lucy. Very few people know about Lucy - Joker doesn't even know about her. Harley was unable to hide Clem from Joker, but was successful in hiding Lucy with her sister Delia. So Lucy became a secret while Clem was known, and Clem visits Lucy every few weeks. Lucy is a secret and must stay secret.
Other: When making her image, Clem decided to have something to do with her parents, but not something huge. Harley's signature colour is red, and Joker's is green. So Clem went with blue and purple, the two colours barely associated with the villains and could be any old colour combination.
For some reason she also has a British accent. No one knows why.

Powers and/or abilities: "I can fuck with your mind." Basically Clem has mind-altering powers. She can make you see things and she can make you think things. She can't control you to do anything but she can push you to the brink so that you do.
Favourite weapon: Clem has one of her mother's old mallets (pretend it's more realistic looking). It is legitimately her favourite thing in the world. Also a knife.

Name: Ember Nigma
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Asexual- or so she says
Appearance: HAIR:She has short, chin length blonde hair, that she dyed a dark forest green. Most often it is confused for black, but in the correct lighting, you can tell it's green. It's naturally curly, but she straightens it out on the daily, so only the underside of her hair is wavy/curly. BODY:She stands at 6'1", and is super athletic body build. She doesn't have much of a curvy figure, but has a decent muscle build. Her legs are longer than her torso, and are also well build up. FACE: Her dark green eyes are set off with the gold highlights. They're rather large, and intense. She has high cheek bones, but a more round face. Skin tone being a golden tan, her lips are a deep shade of rose pink that stand out. Her face is blemish free, and everything seems really straight and nothing out of place.
Style: Most days she wears a dark grey, v-neck t-shirt with an emerald green and navy blue/black check pattern on it. (Larger squares.) She wears white washed skinny jeans, with rips. Slide on vans are her favorites. Her normal color scheme: Greens (Mostly dark), yellow (Pale), black/grey, & sometimes lighter blues.
Personality: Clever and easy going are the best two words to describe her. Slow to anger, but never truly happy, she couldn't tell you what her regular emotion was. Everything seems closed off to her, even if she paints a bright smile on her face.
Likes: Brain puzzles, magic, conning, cards, thriller movies, dark rooms
Dislikes: Photography, anything brightly colored, carnivals, poetry
Background: Em grew up with her father, and mother. Both were rarely around, so she felt neglected most her life. Everything was always black and white to her. So to change that, she added in the grey. Her own confusing tongue. She hated having everything so clear, knowing her parents weren't ever there for her, whenever she needed them most. She wanted to have had at least a chance, but everyone told her the same thing. She refused to do that to anyone. Following in her father's footsteps, unintentionally, she became a cruel, and cold hearted villain. She doesn't have her own chosen name, she just goes by whatever anyone calls her.
Other: She has undiagnosed depression, and it's really bad.
