@Fenrir

"he build this after the first people came to remind them of the night sky." She explained, leading her onwards to a path leading to the building

@BrennaKadavsky

Perrie's step sped up slightly as she started to understand what she was about to see. "He really cares about the people here that much?" As she said the words, she immediately regretted them. "Not that anyone would think he wouldn't care."

@Fenrir

"but they do either way, don't they? They think of him as uncaring an cold." The deer shook her head and sighed "they don't understand."

@BrennaKadavsky

Perrie ducked her head back under her hair, feeling guilty for bringing it up. "Do you know him well?" She asked, to break the silence.

@Fenrir

She nodded "we were here before the first people came. We showed him how to use the land to creat the best living conditions for his citizens. We also showed him things that would never change, like the woods. You met a friend of ours their. We know the good and the bad of Hades. And he knows ours. We respect each other." She said, trying to explain their relationship with ruler of the underworld "we find balance."

@BrennaKadavsky

"That's amazing." Perrie breathed, glancing around once again, noticing the little details that seemed to be there for a purpose. "On the surface, it's different. People were there first, and they… tamed the world, I suppose. Except for the parts they couldn't reach, or didn't think they wanted. Those are the only parts I've really explored."

@Fenrir

"and those are the parts that people don't understand. The creatures have seen what people have done to others and fleed"

@Fenrir

Thanks deer nodded, snapping away from her thoughts. "Ah, yes, The planetarium." She nudged open the glass stained door and headed inside, her crystalline hooves making a light tapping sounds on the floor

@BrennaKadavsky

Perrie slipped in after her. She spun around, taking in the whole of the glass tinted light and the careful design on each wall. "This is amazing!"

@Fenrir

"beautiful isn't it?" She asked, glancing around to the glass that stained to look like the night sky, complete with every constellation and planet

@BrennaKadavsky

"It's incredibly beautiful. He built this?" Her tone was earnest now, honestly wondering how someone could create something that amazing.

@Fenrir

She nodded "by himself. Each piece created and placed by him." He used to sneak away to the surface to study the night sky."

@BrennaKadavsky

*Everything they know about him on the surface is wrong…" The realization struck her, and she stayed quiet for a moment. "I didn't know."

@Fenrir

"it's not your fault, not anyone's really." She nudged Perrues hand with her head "he likes to keep to himself, so people make assumptions."

@BrennaKadavsky

Perrie nodded, accepting that. She mulled it over for a few minutes, the atmosphere of the observatory helping her think. "Alright. Do you know the way back?"

@Fenrir

She tilted her head "depends on where your heart pulls, I can guide you where you wish to be." She stood and waited, giving Perrie time to think

@BrennaKadavsky

She hesitated, thinking for a moment. "I think… I want to stay down here for a little while. To see what it's really like down here."

@Fenrir

The deer nodded once "very well, any place in particular?" She asked, standing up and walking in a circle, waiting for Perrie to make her decision. She stepped in a patch of light, the rays, shining through her to reveal a deer skeleton beneath the crystal, morbid yet beautifully white at the same time, made out of the same crystal as herself

@BrennaKadavsky

Perrie froze for a second, staring at the deer with fascination. She took a moment to recover, before responding to the question. "No, I don't know where anything is down here. Other than the wolf in the forest, and the tunnel I cam through."

@Fenrir

She finally made her way to the door and jerked her head outside. "There are many places of the Realm. Not many know of its secrets. You're sure you want to uncover them?"

@Fenrir

She nodded and headed outside. following a darker trail, leading away from the gardens "we'll learn a little bit of history."

@Fenrir

"quite interesting actually."she led Perrie deeper into the dark woods. At one point, the wolf joined them. "Going back?" He asked

@BrennaKadavsky

Perrie shrugged. "Not yet. I'm staying, for a little while at least. I want to know more about what it's actually like down here."

@Fenrir

"not much different than up there." He explained as they passed ruined covered in the land's history. "The underworld used to flourish with wildlife and vegetation, not exactly like up their but very similar." The deer explained

@Fenrir

The wolf nodded "that's before Zeus destroyed the landscape to make it barely liveable for his brother." The deer nodded and stood in front of a mural

@BrennaKadavsky

Perrie paused with her. "Why would he do that to his own brother?" She looked around once more before looking up and scanning the mural.
