does anyone else overthink the dialogue in movies? or the small details? I do.
for example: Avengers: Age of Ultron
Ultron, in the cathedral where he meets scarlet witch and quicksilver: "…people create… smaller people… children! the word slipped my mind…"
When he said this my thought was that 1) he forgot a word–indication that he isn't a robot, despite his physical appearance, and 2) calling children 'smaller people' –indication that he isn't human, despite independent thinking.

@Yamatsu

I like the small details in movies like The Usual Suspects where they foreshadow the major plot twist in the opening scenes.

@Mojack group

I liked some of the small details in Godzilla King of the Monsters which had references to older movies and such. A prime example being the Anguirus skeleton that was there for a brief second in the movie.

I love the detail in the Last Jedi (I think that's the one I'm remembering?) Where the final battle scene was on a planet covered in a mineral that turned red when it was disturbed. So dramatic and cool looking! My sister and I were debating the science behind that just today–I wish Earth had stuff like that XD

I love that scene too! The Last Jedi honestly has the best visuals out of all the movies I've seen! I suggest watching The Director And The Jedi for information on how they did it!

That was such a visually satisfying scene!
I think the science behind it would probably be if you didn't figure it out that all that salt stuff is red, but since there is very little wind in that planet, is say the top layer of the salt had been sitting still and uncovered long enough to be bleached by the sun, but I'm no expert on how that would work

Yeah, that's one thing we thought of! Or it could just be that somehow the mineral changes color when exposed to light, or it might be very delicate and turns red when crushed, or it could be the heat from the feet/ships/bullets that did it, or or or….it's really fun to think about XD
