Yeah uhhh I have some rps, but I want more so here we are. I don't know what I wanted to do but I'm up for like anything….almost anything. I prefer a gay relationship becuseI'm sort of okay at writing them. I wouldn't say I'm like a god at writing, but I don't completely suck at writing you feel me? Anyway, come join if you feel like it. By the time that happens, I might actually have a plot. Who knows?
If you're interested in roleplaying with me again I'd be interested ^^ all my roleplay partners are dead adgjkl
Lol yeah I would be happy to. Got any ideas?
Not really ngl asfhjk
I've only got like 2 characters I'm emotionally attached to right now but I might try and make a new one
I have an idea but I want to know what you think like there is a single dad but he needs an extra caretaker because he works all the time so he hires one and then you see where I'm getting at with this?
So there's a kid, single dad, and a caretaker/babysitter he hires and (if I'm following your train of thought right sdgjk) dad and caretaker end up in a relationship?
yes sir. Of course, if you're not on board with it than I can think of something else
That's fine with me
I could always try to do the dad and the kid if you wanted to be the caretaker
I don't really care which I do. Do you have a preference?
I'm fine to do the dad and kid
I'll have to work on making characters asfhjk
kk the age range is about like 25 to 30 and I will post my character soon along with the template
(Sorry for the wait I had an essay to write and a report to do, but here he is)
Name: Rowan Henderson
Backstory: Rowan was an average person growing up. He's had his heartbreaks falling in and out of love. It taught him to be cautious and distant with people he is close with. After he got out of college, he lived with his parents for a while before buying an apartment for himself. He didn't know what he wanted to do with his life despite going to college for an engineering degree. He decided to take up a job in the meantime, and being a caretaker paid good money. He loved taking care of people, so he loved the idea and has stuck with it.
Looks: Picture 1
Personality: He's kind in a refreshing way. He's not too invasive on people's privacy, but he likes to ask questions. He raises his voice when needed, but you would have to get him mad. But if you do, it's not pretty. He's calm and cheerful and takes life one step at a time. Little things don't bother him, but he still gets hard on himself for it. He's very wise and notices when something is wrong.
Hobbies/Interests/Habits/Favorites: He loves to cook and read. He often brings a book with him where ever he goes. He loves any sour candy or spicy food. He doesn't like sweet things. He loves nature more than anything, which causes him to sit outside. He also likes to write short stories or journals about his life. He sleeps a lot when he's not working. He doesn't have a reason for it. It just happens at times.
Name: Hijiri Akaume
Nicknames: Any you can think of lol
Backstory: Hijiri didn't lead the most colorful childhood. He had kind, middle-class parents who weren't exceptionally involved in his life, but who were proud of him nonetheless. He was in a few relationships in high school, but none that were serious. In college, he met his wife Yuri. They were married when they were 22, and a year later, she unfortunately died while giving birth to twins. Hijiri now takes care of his twin boys alone, but between taking care of them and needing to work to support his family, he's looking for a caretaker to help him out. His sons, Aiki and Eiji, are very sweet, but they're a bit of a handful.
(Extended) He's about six feet tall and average weight
Personality: Hijiri is kind with a very mild personality. He's very stressed, though, since he has a full time job and has to take care of three year old twin boys. He loves his boys dearly, but they are a handful for sure. He still misses his wife, but he's considering trying to move on. He tends to be very quiet, which can make people think he's standoffish, but he's really just tired. Otherwise I'll develop him a bit more adfhjk
Hobbies/Interests/Habits/Favorites: Woodworking (hobby, but he also makes a good deal of the furniture for his house since it's cheaper), gardening, sewing; his family
Other: Aiki is the younger of the two twins and he's very energetic and outgoing. He's very active and he does have ADHD, so he gets pretty upset and dramatic when he has to do something he doesn't like. Eiji is pretty mild-mannered like his father, and he's a bit of a crybaby. He's typically quiet and sticks close to Hijiri, and he gets upset when he's alone (so does Aiki). Aiki is typically an instigator of fights and likes to mess with Eiji (he thinks he's playing, but he can get a bit rough). They get into screaming matches and wrestle each other. Since neither likes to be alone, separating them is usually good discipline.
The flavor is your characters is chef’s kiss I love it! Do they live in a house or or a big enough apartment so they can all fit? That's my only question. Do you have one before we start?
Tyy <33 and they have a small one-story house ^^ there's two bedrooms rooms; the master bedroom and a smaller one that Aiki and Eiji share
I don't think I have any questions, and I'll be busy for a while today, so if you've got time you're welcome to go ahead and start if you want sfgjk
(kk here's your starter)
Rowan stood at the house's front door he would soon be living in until further notice. He took a deep breath in and began to fix himself. Rowan patted down his turquoise hair and soon his clothes as well. He had been sleeping in the cab he took to get there, which caused his appearance to look disheveled. Not only that, but the driver gave him a weird look as he exited the car. Rowan shook his head and refused to look into too much. He threw his bag of clothes and other things he might need while taking care of the two twins onto his should and held the other one don by his side. Rowan has seen this guy before; otherwise, he wouldn't be here, but Rowan was always amazed at how he was younger than him and still so tall. He had two kids and a well-paying job, and he was younger than him. "Oh, to be young…" Rowan sighed helplessly and rang the doorbell.
Hijiri was trying his best to get his sons looking presentable before Rowan arrived, but by the time he heard footsteps approaching, he'd only gotten shoes on Eiji. Aiki refused to wear any shoes, and Eiji refused to take his off, even though they were on the wrong feet. Hijiri sighed softly and resigned, figuring he should just go get the door at this point. He pulled it open and greeted Rowan with a tired smile. "Hey! Rowan, right? It's great to see you…" He shook Rowan's hand and invited him in. Aiki, yelling incoherently and still not wearing shoes, ran up to Rowan and grabbed onto his leg. Eiji was hiding behind Hijiri's legs and staring up at the stranger suspiciously. "Make yourself at home… sorry about them; I'm sure they'll warm up to you quickly."
Rowan smiled sweetly and squeaked when Aiki grabbed his leg. "It's wonderful to see you too, Mr. Akaume, and these little guys. Don't apologize. They're wonderful kids." Next to the door, he set his bag down and ruffled Aiki's hair. "Honestly, you're amazing for taking care of two twins at such a young age." Rowan slipped off his shoes and placed them neatly next to his stuff. "I'm sure we'll get to know each other well. Thank you for interesting me with them, and I will make sure they get the care they need. You have nothing to worry about." Rowan looked at the time. "Is it alright if I get started on lunch? It's the middle of the day, and they already had breakfast. Also, do you have any rules for me while I stay here? Like certain rooms, I shouldn't go in when I clean—anything you don't want me to say when I'm with Aiki and Eiji. I know some parents are very secretive, which I respect."
Aiki grinned up at Rowan and let go of his leg with some coaxing from Hijiri, who had picked up Eiji by now. "I'm glad you think so… they're sweet, but they're definitely a bit of a handful." He laughed tiredly. "Aiki has a lot of energy, and Eiji needs a little extra attention to not be upset… and yes, that's fine." He walked alongside Rowan so he could continue talking to him.
"There's not a lot of rooms here, so there's not any areas off limits. I typically keep the bathroom doors closed since these two will cause trouble in there if they're left open. Not anything off limits as far as speaking around them that you wouldn't normally think of for three year olds, like swearing and that stuff." He shrugged, adjusting his grip on Eiji. Aiki was tottering along behind the two of them. "I try not to give them too much sugar since Aiki's got enough energy as is, but they do like fruit."
"Of course, I'll keep these things in mind. I don't swear normally, so that won't be an issue. As for the rest, I'll make sure to be careful when giving them sweets and sugar." Rowan chuckled. "Well, they won't be that much of a handful now that I'm here with you. They don't have allergies or anything right? I assume they eat just about everything." He looked back to Hijiri. His eyebrows furrowed, he noticed the bags under his eyes and frowned. He hides how worn out he is very well. "You should get some rest, you look tired. I can tell you've been working hard. I can handle the two of them while you sleep. I know it's mid-day and all, but sleep is the most important part of being healthy."
"Allergies? Um, yeah, actually… they're both allergic to shellfish, but we don't have any of that in the house. And Aiki is lactose intolerant, but Eiji loves milk, so you'll have to keep an eye on them to make sure Aiki doesn't drink any of Eiji's milk." Hijiri sighed and set Eiji down. Since they had stopped walking, Aiki came up to Rowan and held his arms up to him. Hijiri looked up at Rowan's offer. "Ah… are you sure? I want to be available if you need any help. They might be upset with me away in my room."
Rowan smiled and picked Aiki up. He kissed Aiki's temple and shook his head. "I'm sure I'll be fine. What's the point in helping if you're barely awake enough to stand. I'm sure they would be more worried if you tired yourself out even more. "I'll make sure they don't bother you and keep them busy so take a moment to relax, okay?" He held Aiki on his side and supported him with one arm. "Feel free to sit near them if you're afraid they'll get upset." He tapped Hijiri's shoulder, giving him a reassuring nod. "Now, what do you boys have a taste for, huh?" He pulled out a pan and decided to make some fried rice. He's been craving it or a while, so this was the perfect time to make some. He made sure to be careful while cooking with Aiki in his arm.
