I am kind of confusion but I feel like i'm being really ..something..bad..or awkward…or mean or something so..sorry

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

falls like 30 pages jesus a lot has happened… too bad i'm not gonna read any of it…

That's OK… It's mostly randomness… There's some gay fluff on 482 that Jensen wrote which is to kill for… Even for straight guys like myself…

@basil_

it's an essay about Isolation and based off of the book "Of Mice and Men"

ohmygod we just finished reading that no fucking way

@Alex_Mercer

not very far, the introduction is partly done and the first body paragraph is started while i think of a way to continue the introduction

you could bring up on how Lenny was isolated from other people because he was "different", and how that affected him as the only person that stayed beside him was George

I WANT TO KNOW why can't we read any lgbtq+ books in english

Well I mean we've read Hamlet and Frankenstein in AP and so far our class pretty much agrees that Prince Hamlet was bi and crushing on Horatio (see: the graveyard scene near the end) and that Dr. Frankenstein was most likely ace…

But I guess schools still don't think learning about the community in English is "educational". Like bullshit, if I can read an entire play comprised of dick jokes then I should be able to read about LGBTQ+

exactly. If we can talk about rape and horrible words in English then we sure as hell can talk about LGBTQ+ rights and such.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

That's right… The sxhool-system is fucked up… We get stupid shit like Catcher in the Rye, but no LGBTQ+ recognition… In one of my schools that I've been to, well, we actually did hsve LGBTQ+ discussions…

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

we talked about how Thoreau sucked some guy's dick all night in jail in English class once

That seems cool… Did you know Mozart was obsessed with crap and eating people out?
