I need to work on vibrato, it doesn't come naturally for me, and my voice isn't very strong.

I mean like long tones. In for 4 counts out for four counts, in for 2 counts out for 8 counts, in for 1 count, out for 12 counts. (Then you apparently become a flute player, in for 4 counts out for 64 counts… Don't try this until you have made sure you don't pass out.) If you feel light headed, then you are doing it right.
Breathe in and count to 4. Breathe out and count to 4. Breathe in and count to 2. Breathe out and count to 8. Breath in and count to 1. Breathe out and count to 12. (Simpler terms)
