Oquori man: Lets see… No body is around…
He aproaches to Blake and hands her a box of the size of her hand, the box is made of some weird black metal that looks similar to the data pad Aru has back in the ship, there are weird inscriptions in a language that you never seen before, those glow in a dim blue-ish tone.
Oquori man: Make sure this gets to the ship in one piece, maybe show it over to your friend right there (points at Aru), as for me, I gotta go, those stupid guards may be aproaching, and Sarso, tell your captain that Im no longer doing this, our debt is finally payed….

(I better introduce the part of the crew you´ll be encountering soon, also, I updated some stuff on the galery.)
Name: Raki´ja Nakoomah

Extra: Raki´ja´s people were allies of the Hetzalox empire, her father protecting a hetzelox of hight status, her mother died at giving birth and to show a little bit of gratitude, the man who so happend to be Aru´s uncle brought her to their family, years after that she became Aru´s bodyguard,the day the disaster that cause an almost extinction of the Hetzelox happened, she got Aru out of the planet and when she knew what happened in their homeland, she became a mother figure to Aru after that, Raki´ja started to look for some jobs, most of the time she was hired as a badly payed mercenary considering her background, one day she acepted a job from the captain of the Black scythe crew himself, it was related to some shady and dangerous business in the black market, getting the job done succesfully was enought for the captain, he told her that instead of money he would let her and Aru live on the ship and offered them protection, Raki´ja acepted and after a while she became what the crew calls "A private reaper", she still dont fully trust the captain but know is better than be frequently changing hause and getting badly payed jobs.

Extra: Nobody knows why she joined the crew except for the captain,she is always complaining on how she used to be part of a rich family and she could still get in contact with her brother in order to get out but at the same time one can clearly see she enjoys it, Heres normally deals with people from the black market, what I mean by deals, it depends on the circumstances, she appears to be close to the captain, being the only one who has seen him without a mask, she can go from mean to sarcastic in less than a minute and would normally be the one who starts all the gossips, Heres tends to wander on the ship halls and spy on people, she is quite extravagant and wears gloves most of the time besides always carring a gun.

Extra: Meiji may not be the smartest or the strongest but he is quite good at convince people to do what he wants, he doesn´t have any deep reason to be in the crew, he just sneaked into the ship and go unnoticed for a week, the original plan was to trown him out of the ship but he manage to convince Heres who obviously convinced the captain, when someone asks him why he did that, he just replies "I felt like it" and to this day everyone stills thinks he may be crazy or something. Meiji tends to be overly friendly with everyone in the crew even if they already tried to kill him while doing that, his job consist in two things, being the distraction or just being the one who convinces the guards or police that there is nothing weird in the ship, as for ramdom facts, the only things that may be interesting is that he likes to prank Sarso for no reason and the fact that he is bisexual.

Blake: What is this thing?

Aru´s eyes open wider and wider as she examines the cube, she cant belive it, she thought that thing was destroed with most of her people…
Aru: Na´tacaeda… Na´taca- Hemene axicah… daeda…
Aru seems to be saying something in what appears to be her native tounge, it sound like she is praying or saying something out of respect…
Aru: That… That thing you got, the memories of the empire… This cant be… My, my people, our leaders… they use to put everthing they know in this thing, all the tactics, politics, the rules…
Sarso just looks at Aru like he is saying "Dont start screaming" and she just takes a deep brath and hold the cube with both of her hands while looking at it…
Aru: This is called the Vaeda cube… thoe simbols are menexaeda, our old tounge, only people with a hight social status learn it, I didn´t end my lessons but for what I know, this says "The memories of the deseased emperors" our people used to save what I aldeary say on this… They have… "servants" that were basically an AI with all of this information… The moment the current emperor died they were destroyed and all they gathered was put into the cube and the cycle continued until… that day and now….
Sarso: How the fuck did he even get this.. Why would the captain even want this…
Aru: I dont know, but… please, this is one of the few thing left from my people, I swear, if he even tries to sell it…
Sarso: What? You cant even properly aim a gun and Im sure he know how to knock down Raki´ja…. That man always has a plan… We have to get back to the ship before someone notices us…
Your ship is hidden close an area filled with caves, in order to get there you have to go into a crowd filled with al the tourist who are there for the festival and the locals who are doing a pilgrimage, the security is extremely extrict so you have to hide the cube, (in this area you are encourage to use your skills, the chance of success depends on the amount of points you put on each one, you can also call other crewmembers)
Sarso: You better put on the creepiest grin you got, Blake…

Blake stares at the cube for a moment, then straightens and does her best to look menacing as they start to move through the crowd.

For a good moment nobody seems to be noticing you, and the ones who do instantly get off your way, you succesfully get trought the crowd but now a guard stops you and tells you that he needs to examinate you in order to get any further, Sarso asks why and the guard says it is part of the protocol, you cant let the guard see the cube so you gotta find a way to avoid that.

Nemmenitah guard: Miss, what is that you are hidding?

Blake: …A friend of mine wants me to deliver this to her, she's going to move her shop here for the celebration. She said it's a rare collector's item so I can't let you see it. Sorry. Bye.
Blake walks away quickly but casually.

Nemmenitah guard: In that case I need to talk with your friend because she has to report the item and…
Sarso: She said her friend is moving her shop here and as you can clearly see, she isn´t here, now Im sure your boss wouln´t like you spending time waiting for someone instead of doing something-
Nemmenitah guard: We expect respect from civilians sir, now, to avoid any problem with the people here I suggest you to sta calm and-
Aru tries to knock off the guard and fails miserably, but that gets her into trouble instead of you so that works as a distraction and luckily Aru wasn´t that dumb and called Raki´ja before doing that so now you have an angry mother in her way, that means yu and Sarso can scape an Aru would be fine when Raki´ja finds her so everyone would go back safe to the ship but will alert the autorities. (Sorry for the late resonse, I was bussy with some school stuff…)

Aru: Come here we are near the caves and Im about to punch a guard!
Raki´ja: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING THERE?! WE WERE LOOKING FOR YOU! DO YOU EVEN REALIZE HOW WORRIED I WAS-
Aru: Please not now, Im going to need help, please come and help me we find something important and-
Raki´ja: IM GOING THERE RIGHT NOW! you are so grounded…
Aru: About that…
Raki´ja: DONT make excuses, you fucked up when you go outside the ship without permission and now you are doing the same… HOWCOMETHATYOUWANTTOATTACKAGUARDWHENYOUCANTEVENTROWAPUNCHWITHOUTFALLINGTOTHEGROUND do you realize how STUPID that is?!

Blake sidles away quietly, once she is out of the guard's sight she picks up the pace back to the ship

Sarso follows you and keeps looking back, probably worried about finding an angry Raki´ja and not about finding more guards, you return to the ship, at the moment you enter you find Heres just casually siting there, she looks at you like she knows what just happened and goes:
Heres: I will always be amused on how you guys get out of this… peculiar… situations… The captain already knows the whole issue with Aru, I mean, he has to, after all, we all know how loud Raki´ja can scream… You may want to personally give this "special delivery" to him, and Blake, before I forget, Gin has something for you, go talk to her when you are free…
(Sorry if I take too long on reading this, I kinda broke my own rule of daily posting something, just started school again…)

(And now is time to introduce more crew members)

Extra: Born as Kiyoko Aoki, she used to be part of a gang, she go from the nerdy kid everyone bullied to the one shady woman who everyone is scared off, of course, she still has problems after years of bullyng and that made her an easy target in the gang so most of the time everyone gave her all sorts of bad and dangerous jobs nobody wanted besides being used half of the time, one time the leader thought it was a good idea to use her as bait for the members from a rival gang, one time she knew this Karasian man (who already was a member of the Black scythe) just hearing everything he told her made her realize the way she was being treated and one day decided to ran away and join the crew, she knew that could get her killed but the Black scythe already has quite a reputation, and just in case, she changed her name to Gin, as far as backstory goes, that all she shares, as an interesting fact, she endded up getting married with the Karasian man (they got along and really liked each other) and she is a polyglot, to this day Gin speaks chinese, korean, english, spanish (still learning), russian, german and a little bit of Okih (the language that most Karasians use), she still has some low self steem issues but has gotten better, Gin is actually the kind of person who is always laugthing while being nice and brutally honest as long as she´s comfortable around someone, otherwise, she just stands there and glares at that person…

Extra: The Karasians used to be in war with the Ahuoka (not playable race because I haven´t fully develope them), as on every war, some incredibly awful stuff were made, with Nemo being just an inocent teen who got kidnapped by a grupud of Ahukoa who where hoping to get something out of some poor kids who were related to hight rank soldiers, after realizing that he wasn´t going to tell them anything (mostly because he didn´t knew anything) they decided to drop the ones who they considered useless into a ramdom planet, hoping that they would die, Luckily for Nemo, he landed on Earth (Karasian can adapt to any body of water but need special equipment to walk on land), being just an unexperience teen in an unknown planet was bad enought but at least he could find an enviroment that was slightly similar to his homeplanet, at least until some ramdom fishers founded him and sell the poor guy to a freakshow, that where he spended the next 30 years, trapped in a thank, a bunch of people looking at him and trowing stuff at the poor guy, they even called him "Fishyface", of course, not everyone was so bad, some people even tught him basic english, good think that he manage to make a plan on how to scape, then spend a few months until for some "bussiness" reasons, the Black scythe (most crewmembers weren´t there yet) and somehow finded him, the captain took him out of pity (acording to what Heres says) but to be honest, having a job in a moraly cuestionable ship is better than being treated like trash, years later he became the one who looks for new recluts people, he did the same for Gin and ended getting along with her, they fell in love and got married (she is the one who started calling him Nemo), the poor guy still has some pretty bad days (I mean, being kidnapped, almost dying and technically being a slave… thas´s a lot), Nemo has learned to deal with all those stuff and for most of the time is just a really outgoing and slightly murderous fish dude who eats a lot (his backstory takes places around the 20´s and 50´s so yeah, most people have been around for a while, besides, Karasians turn into teens in about 10 human years so yeah…)

(I know XD but I guess there have to be a good amount of crew members in such a large ship, the captain is the only one left thought… And now the gallery has the cube´s information updated)

Blake shrugs and goes to find Gin.

You can hear Gin´s voice at the repairing area, she´s apparently trying to say something but you cant understand what she´s saying, you enter the door and see Gin siting on top of a rectangular box, Nemo is siting next to her.
Gin: kaaaaaaaaa
Nemo: that´s not how you pronounced, it goes like KAaah, like on Karasian…
Gin: thas´s how it sounds to me and- BLAKE!
Gin grabs you by the arm and pulls you next to the box she was sitting on.
Gin: You see, that time we where on T´cantha… Remember the guy who sold us those guns? the ones that didn´t work and almost got us killed… I kept them in case I needed some of the parts, most of them have no use but I find this sniping rifle that actually was able to shoot something She opens the box and gives you a sniping rifle made of this dark gray material, the sbarrel was replaced by an stronger black metal as same with the scope, the grip and the recoil part where covered in this black rubber like maretial and it had your name written kanji.
Gin: I thought that having your name written or other language would make it look cool and most people probably wont know your name, I mean, most peope find kanji very hard to learn…

Blake: Hey cool, thanks!
She picks up the rifle and twirls it.
Blake: Wow it's light.
She aims it at Gin and pretends to make a threatening expression. Slowly she backs out of the room then appears next to the captain with the special delivery.
Blake: Mission complete, cap…

Captain Ahir: Exellent… You may handle it to me… Im glad I didn´t have to trow valuable crewmembers into space… (the captain twitchs his neck at the same time he says that) My dear friend Orcha… your debt is finally payed…
(And because he´s the last member of the Black scythe I´ll be introducing…)
Name: Ahir´Lehen
Age: 457 (around early fourties)
Race: Nemmenitah
Gender: Male
Extra: Ahir has always been a misterious figure, he nevers shows his face with Heres being the only one who has seen it, apparently he used to be a hunter on his home planet, at least he can remember that besides his name… Most Nemmenitas have purple or blue-ish skin but once in a while there is some who are born with warm colors like yellow, brown or even red skin, with Ahir having this really dim and sort of dark yellowísh skin, most of them are easy targets and get killed by the local fauna when hunting (hunting is big part of their culture), Ahir once got attacked by a Gera´toa (imagine a mix between a praying mantis and a centipide, then make it giant) and lost five Ie´chas, ever since that moment he cant barely remember anything about his life, he constantly has weird twitchs on different part of his body and once in a while some unstable moods, after getting his Ie´chas replaced by some functional prosthetic ones, he decided to quit hunting and got a job on an old cargo ship, the man has always been moraly ambiguous and his intentions aren´t always the best, that got his kicked out of the ship, luckily he gained some experience at that time, he started doing some stuff for the black market and evntually got an old ship he called the Black scythe, years and years of getting money and inverting it on the ship have made it into what it is now, and whit the years captain Ahir has gotten way more elusive, he has met some people who own him a few favors and constantly makes them pay, his way of getting people to do what he wants are quite… weird, they go from becoming close to that person to death treats and sometimes torture, even thought only Heres can confirm the last one and she refuses to talk about it… The crew barely see him outside his room, when he goes outside is mostly to get drunk or to the bathroom…

Blake: Why do you want it anyway?

Ahir: Reasons… I hear about certain someonw who is willing to pay for this but of course, that someone cant come… We are leaving at the end of the festival, Im not losing this one…

Blake: Do you know what it is? What about Aru?

Ahir: Of course I do, I would never get something without knowing what it is, now, about little Tahcedaeda, Im more than sure that Raki´ja would get her to the ship in no time, I was hoping she didn´t hear our conversation but I guess Hetzelox cant ignore that kind of stuff… besides… whatever Raki´ja has in mind as a punishment and me acting like nothing happened would be enought… Sometimes people need to feel guilty while everyone treats them like inocent in order to learn a lesson… You are free to do whatever you want, but if you go out, try to hide yourself a little bit… Im sure after what just happened the guards would find you quite suspicious…
Captain Ahir tells you to leave, he´s probably hiding the cube somewhere in the room or his clothes, now you can do whatever you want until the festival ends, you hear some screams close to the entrance, it definitely sounds like Raki´ja telling Aru how stupid her actions are, you see Meiji carrying a bucket filled with water (he is obviously going to trow that at Sarso), you can go check on them, including Gin and Nemo or do whatever you want.

Blake appears next to Sarso
Blake: Want to try to save Aru?

Sarso: K… It´s not like we just got out of a suicidal mission…
Sarso stands up and at that moment Meiji jumps behind you and tries to trow water at him… Sadly for him, Sarso is already used to that and just stares at Meiji as on "Do you really want to try doing that?" Meiji goes to his room while screaming "IMMA GET YOU NEXT TIME AND YOU KNOW IT"

Blake snorts and approaches Raki'ja cautiously.
