I don't know what to say to make it better, all I can say is I'm sorry and I hope you and your family are doing well considering the circumstances. It gets better, slowly but it does, you just need to deal with it in your own time and way, grief doesn't have a time limit, take all the time you need.

I know this is a month old and that the words don't do it justice. But I am sorry and you have my empathy three years ago I lost my Grandmother/adoptive mother to cancer. It's a tough battle to witness, and I'm deeply sorry you and your family had to go through it.
