“Accidental” Parthenon notes

Character list and profiles

I still need to/should come up with a good/new outline for the characters, including their new titles, powers/abilities, and room for a brief overview of their past as well as how they changed. ... Think I got one! Just need to “rewrite” their profiles into it, without losing any of the original info. Then somehow, possibly, move the info into an actual Character Page.

So the only reason why I'm calling this an "Accidental" universe is because 1 I never thought I would write a story like this. And 2 I just had a random thought based off an old RP by Swimm that I read occasionally. Only the thought had replaced swimm's Characters with mine. I swear I'm not trying To copy anything, The idea was just too tempting...

History: Honestly, there is no history for this Universe. This is more of an origin story. The characters have their own history that may be touched on in the story & some might be written in their bio's as well.

Random "O.p." notes/ideas: continue with CYOA world-building notes, so... I can see Lars as a bit of a troll who makes/uses memes just to be annoying. Marc could potentially be an anime fan but claims he appreciates the art but secretly actually enjoys the stories. I totally plan on making one of the Character say “It's dangerous to go alone. Take this (with you).”

Both Marc and Lars enjoy video games [which Kinds?] Should Pip be Irish? Meg is, technically an artist as in she did study for a few years but has always had natural talent. Lars does have a serious side, the trick is getting him to show it. Who's a DnD fan?

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Biromantic and a bit of a sassy flirt

Appearance: short messy black hair, mischievous emerald green eyes, thin lips that are almost always smirking... (I can see him often getting compared to Loki... And he will eat it up!) though he's only 5’7”... and hates it. He also has a couple of decent scars on his back and left shoulder.

Name: Marcus “Marc” Malone

Aliases: (can't think of any atm...)

Gender/pronouns: he/him/his

Age: 23

Sexuality: biromantic demisexual (openly flirts with both men and women, but is a little more discreet with men.)

Appearance: Marcus stands at about 6’/6’2”, has short, somewhat spiky sandy blonde hair, grass green eyes, and a bright smile. He has a broad-shouldered build, very well-muscled but has a fair number of scars from hunting and isn't really ashamed of them. He just has a hard time coming up with other reasons why he has them.

Clothing: he doesn't really care much about what he wears but he's kind of a t-shirt kind of guy... He does like khaki and camo shorts. But he usually wears all black when he goes out at night.

Personality: Despite being guarded on certain things, generally, he has a very warm personality. Can be a bit immature though he does have a serious side, he only shows at night or when things get really bad.

Background: Marc learned about monsters and hunters from his father, who was also one, and he suspects his grandfather was one too but he never got a chance to find out for sure, so he takes great pride in his lineage. All through high school, he dedicated himself to athletics and participated in wrestling, basketball, swimming, boxing, track, and weight lifting while his dad taught him some hand-to-hand techniques and how to use certain weapons. Once he moved to this city, he took a job at a local gym as an instructor and swimming supervisor/coach.

Strengths: physical strength, good with guns, very good at keeping secrets.

Flaws: overly critical, especially on his hunts, and definitely isn't a morning person as he needs two/three cups before he's actually awake enough to talk.

Other: he knows some trial and error first aid. As a fun fact, Marc can do a very good impression of a British and Irish accent.

***Character Sheet:***

Name: Maddalena

Nicknames/Aliases: Maddie (this one annoys her), Lena, Mercy (is her favorite because she thinks it's ironic...) Goddess of Thieves and Mischief

Age: around 900 but appears to be 28

Species: goddess... Human, generally, but she's also a shapeshifter.

Gender/Pronouns: she/her

Appearance: 6’6”, built like an Amazon but still feminine, medium-length dark brown hair, hazel brown eyes with a ring of gold on the edges,

Personality: Her personality is hard to narrow down. One minute, she's cold, distant, even uncaring. The next, she's grinning like a Cheshire cat and causing trouble. She's been called impulsive but even that’s not constant since she can be calculating and analytical when she's planning or curious about something. Another side of herself she's unafraid to show off is her more aggressive fighting spirit. It's part of the reason she ended up in this situation. Secretly, she does have a softer, more compassionate, and caring side that borders on protective but she keeps it well guarded and deeply buried.

Powers/Mutations/Hybrid: (If applicable) (Also give a brief description please ^^) Well, she's a Goddess so... Normally, she's got quite a lot but her favorite, of course, is shapeshifting and she's good with illusions as well as some elemental magic. Though after getting cast down to Earth, she's limited to what she considers simple parlor tricks and it annoys her.

Hobbies: does causing trouble count? Otherwise... Reading, gardening (that’s a bit of a secret though), occasionally pickpocketing, and sparring/fighting.

Quotes: “Hey, you try getting recognition from anyone in a Parthenon that’s at least 70% male. You can't get anywhere unless you fight for it and fight hard.”

Theme Songs: “Like a Lady” by Lady Antebellum, “People like us” by Carrie Underwood, “Shatter me” and “Lost Girls” by Lindsey Stirling.

Name: Ashera Sylmare

Age: she’ll never tell but she looks to be in her mid 20's.

Gender: Female

Sexuality: Demisexual Pan

Race: Fae

Physical Appearance

Eye color: dark green

Hair color: and pale gold, reaching just above her hips, often with small random braids woven into it.

Skin tone: pale with a smattering of freckles across her cheeks

Body Type: slender, almost willowy

Height: 5’10”

Weight: proportional (maybe a bit lighter than a human of her size would be)

Other Identifying Marks: pointed ears,

Position/Job: Alchemist

Attire: kinda hippie-ish, she loves the flowing skirts, dresses, and sleeves but when she's working the sleeves stay above her elbows and an old stained apron.

Personality: kind, compassionate, curious, doesn't let people treat others badly, can be very outspoken depending on the topic,

Magic: Her Alchemy and rune drawing/casting is learned but she does have some natural abilities over plants and minor telekinesis.

Background: TBD

Likes: plants, hot drinks, sunny days

Dislikes: others being treated badly, overcast skies,

Other: (Is this in a modern or classical setting?)

Full Name: Meghan Hill

Nicknames (if any): Meg (once you get on friendly terms with her)

Age: 25

Gender: Female

Species: Grimm

Sexuality: Straight

Personality: Her life as a Grimm has left her more than a bit jaded and doesn't trust anyone but herself and the few relatives she has but even they don't know everything. She is fiercely protective of the very few people who manage to make it past her walls.

Appearance: Meg is 5’8”, very athletic in build, her eyes are a deceptively warm brown, as much as she prefers having her dark brown hair long; she often cuts it to a short bob, which actually highlights her sharp facial structure.

Favorite/usual outfit or attire: She often wears a comfy t-shirt and a pair of cargo pants or just blue jeans with a beat-up dark green pea coat and hiking boots. The coat has a few hidden pockets added to it for weapons. She almost always carries a messenger bag which always has a journal and sketchbook inside. (“Medieval” style: On normal days, she often wears simple peasant dresses with an old dark-colored cloak which has a few hidden pockets added to it for smaller weapons. Though she finds it easier to maneuver in riding pants and a man’s shirt when she has to fight. She often carries a satchel with her that carries a thick journal, a couple of charcoal sticks for writing or sketching, and a couple of extra weapons.

Likes: Her dad’s “hunting” cabin/wooden footlocker (chest) which he left to her with a key that she wears as a necklace, reading, journaling, drawing, and occasionally fighting.

Dislikes: Being unprepared or underestimated, Geier, needing help.

Hobbies/Talents: Drawing, seeing Wesen

Strength: Great fighter,

Weakness: A bit stubborn/prideful. She hates to admit when she's in over her head.

Family: Her mom who moved to Florida after Meg’s dad was killed. And an uncle but he travels (traveling merchant) a lot so they don’t see him much.

Backstory: She first started seeing Wesen five years ago when her father was shot in front of her. He was taken to the hospital but it didn't look good. Before he died, he gave Meg the keys to his cabin where he keeps everything. There was also a note for her to explaining a lot of what she would end up going through. (She lives in a slightly smaller than average-sized village with her mom, who is kinda like the village baker and her father was publicly a carpenter, though he often left in the middle of the night to “gather some wood”. She first started seeing Wesen five years ago when her father was badly injured by what people say must have been a wild animal. Before he died, he gave Meg the keys to his private chest where he keeps everything important. There was also a note for her explaining a lot of what she would end up going through.)

Other: knows a fair bit about healing/first aid and a little about tracking.

Name: Peter “Pip” Green

Age: 18

Gender/Pronouns: male, he/him/his

Sexuality: Gay

Appearance: Peter has always been short for his age, even among his people, which is why the others will call him Pip or Pipsqueak. He has messy, shaggy dark reddish-brown hair that he has been cutting himself, is decently tan since he has been spending so much of his life outdoors lately, and has partial blue heterochromia on his right eye (though both eyes are brown). He’s also a bit too skinny to be healthy but when you have to scavenge all your life in a world that is more than 20 times your size... you learn to live with what you can.

Personality: He’s a very quiet person, often coming across as shy since he doesn't talk much unless he needs to. Not the type to start a conversation or have the last word of one if he can help it, and he hates confrontation of any kind but is willing to fight if he needs to. He’s also pretty clever and good with his hands as he often needed to make things to survive, both in the wild and in hiding.

Backstory: Peter is the second youngest and definitely the shortest member of this new group, which leads Lars to call him “Pipsqueak”. Because of his previous/true size, he’s naturally shy of the others and very guarded, often choosing not to seek out conversation with them. He's also quite thin, possibly almost skeletal. Pip remembers having nice, caring parents but he hasn't seen them in two years since he left his home with them when he was 16. But growing up was always hard for his family considering how spread out people were. He never mentioned how he felt because his parents kept implying that it was his duty to keep them from going extinct or even increase their numbers if possible.

Skills: I guess you could say that he’s artistic or creative since he had to make things out of whatever knick-knacks he could find. Though now he has to look at things from a different perspective and is often fiddling with small and seemingly mundane items, trying to see if he can make something useful out of it.

Powers: originally none... but he's got quick slender fingers and a knack for putting things together, whether that's back the way it's supposed to be or in a way that's more creative depending on his mood.

—————

So, as of now I have 9 characters from dead RP's and 2 from semi-active/slow but very enjoyable RP’s that I’m going to be using for this story, and 1 I had to make and is getting some development in a found family RP. Though I'm not going to stop those last 2 RP's unless they actually die... Hope they don't... Honestly, they might have. (I probably have more but some of these characters just never got much development in their original stories and the others just fit too well into this.)

Elizabeth & Meg may end up unchanged, Marc could be Ilian with an olive complexion.

Em is French.

Ash could be “Wiccan". Still want her to be fae or fae-like and keep her alchemy skills/talents,

May make someone Hawaiian (Pacific Islander) and I kinda want someone to be a "sailor” of some kind.

Kind of liking the names Jose and Simon(e)?

* After all, who said All my Characters had to be from the same Point in time?

Maybe ask Notebook HOW to add cultural /Physical diversity without being rude, insensitive, racist, or something.

—————

So Elizabeth Was 1 of my first RP characters that wasn't badly written & she will be the leader like person for this group, partly because of her being a Space Marine

Lorelei I definitely want to keep her for this. I like the idea of an Athena/Artemis angle with a little bit of Poison Ivy “wild” for her. But more towards animals.

Emmeline will be for magic, sort of a young Hecate type

Ash’s specialty is plants and medicine.

Marcus is a hunter (/fighter) also a kindof a wildstyle but more Norse.

Lars will be a guide/Protector for travelers and Wanderers

Maddalena will be mostly the same.

Meghan could easily be a warrior of some kind...

—————

Personality quirks & traits.

Liz: since she "lost" her X.O. she's... I almost want to say, borderline depressed. She's very serious and more military like, she's still kind 1-on-1 and does want to get along with the others but she knows someone has to be the responsible one. And she doesn't purposely flirt as much anymore. Sometimes things just slip out but she doesn't mean them that way anymore.

I like the idea of Lars being the Pop cuture nerd on the surface but is actually smart. May end up leaving his immortality thing alone after all so he'll have an excuse for how/why he knows so much.

—————

Now, the actual story is potentially going to start with either a flashback or a  “waking up” scene though I know both are cliche and not often well-liked...  I am considering using Elizabeth’s POV for the first part/paragraph at least regardless of which opening I go with.

Last thing they remember: Lars was with his 4 friends talking about/planning a cross-country road trip. Lizzie was with her C.O./X.O./ Lover, going to make a report to their Captain. Ash was making something in medicinal for a customer, Marc was watching tv (news) with his roommate.

What's the plot? I like the idea of these characters inheriting their new titles, powers, and positions. Kind of a Rise of the Guardians style thing or even a What if... type selection. Like the worlds the characters come from no longer exist / or the former world has had some kind of apocalyptic event.

Random Notes/questions

Someone is going to make a comment and/or suggestion actually having 12 day of Christmas. Possibaly multiple days of other holidays too...

Lars and his age: I don't think I want him to be “originally” immortal for this story but I do still want him to be an “expert” brewmaster & the most unfazed when he gets back and heals quickly up after being badly hurt.

—————

“Rules” that my characters set for the world:

1. Love is Love. LGBPQ+ allowed. Polygamy and paramours are also permitted as long as all involved are accepting. Though I’m hesitant to allow large age gaps... Definitely no pedo.

2. No adultery/cheating on your spouse or partner. Polygamy is allowed but full disclosure is necessary.

3. Let's try to keep all 7 (?) Greek words for the different kinds of love.

4. No invading/conquering other lands. The land belongs to the people who were born there. Yes, you can travel, visit, move, or even be adopted into a new “country” but it can not be stolen. (What if your family was traveling/visiting someplace when you were born but went back “home” and that’s where you grew up?)

5. No slavery.

6. No racial discrimination, homophobia, or bigotry of any kind.

7.

More "Rules"

No fertiliy until 18?

"Ruling"' focus (not necessarily in any order)

health, love, life, Nature, Environment, common sense, Common decency/ manners

—————

“Variety of the Natives”

In no specific order...

1. Humans

2. Elves

3. Centaurs

4. Satyrs

5. Nymphs

6. Fae

7. Fairies

8. Pixies

9. Mer-folk (including Luca style sea people)

10. Tinies/Littles

11. Hybrids

12. Chimera?

13. Dwarves?

Were-creatures?

Shapeshifters?

Kitsune?

OK so obviously there will be humans... definitely going to include elves. I feel like I can’t leave out dwarves but I’m not certain, there’s also going to be fairies of course but I want to specify that fairies, Fae, and pixies, if they all exist in this, they are not all the same creature: there will be differences depending on how significant they are is still up for debate at the moment. It’s possible that the Fae people are going to look a lot like Elves but they have wings like fairies proportionately size of course. Fairies will be at least palm/hand-sized, so basically just “Tinker Bell and pixie hollow” is normal fairies though I don’t know which ones to make as the actual “riddlers/mischiefmakers“ of this world. Pixies are much much smaller and I’m thinking of giving them more insect-like wings like butterfly and dragonfly stuff like that... Possibly little antenna.  OK, since I am including a lot of “Greek/Roman mythology’s” and there are going to be creatures like Centaurs, satyrs, obviously I’m including mer folks because that is listed in the beneath the waves CYOE listed below...  as for the wildlife yes; I am going to include griffins, dragons... I’m hesitant to do the whole unicorn Pegasus thing because maybe too much MLP... maybe those giant ROC birds but I don’t know the details of it... I'm NOT going to be using trolls or ogres, though, I am still debating on goblins and possibly orcs.

—————

“word building ideas”

So, this New Planet is very Earth-based to start with. But my characters are going to be able to change and add things. (personally I'm going to use some CYOA world builders. such as The Magical Realm, The forest, under the trees... make list!!)

floating mountians, glowing minerals & Plants, G/t Stuff, multicolored sand, more than one moon?, Planetary ring

No Trolls (or Trollz), No Ogres, yes Dragons (Eastern & Western), Wyverns; why not, fairies/Fae: yes, No Ghost's of the dead, merfolk yes, centaurs yes, sayters yes Griffons yes, Nagas maybe,

OK, so I am going to be using some CYOA’s as a guide for most of the world-building for the story. Now I do have saved most of them to Pinterest but I am going to list them out here for reference as well as “filling them out” just so I have all that information in one location.

(quick question/comment... Do I want or need to give the original descriptions for each choice?)

Magical Realm CYOA

Size: between the size of the Mars option and five times the size of the Earth option...

Population: leaning towards 15,000,000 as a start.

Inhabitants: Attitude adjustment (NO violence! Is really the only thing I want to put in but... I know getting rid of that “trait” can limit the story... they can still be somewhat aggressive and definitely able to defend themselves but I don’t want to include serious violence as in no physically abusive relationships, no homicidal maniacs like Jack the Ripper, Hitler ... you get the point. (I hope)),

Culture and Customs (so technically much of the culture and customs is going to be based off of stuff from the characters original RP's since most of which are based on earth or Earth-like scenarios so of course, the main characters are going to be able to do define the culture customs and traditions as well as the government system.) So this might just be my stupid ignorant American white ass speaking but I do want to include some of the following culture inspirations at least such as Mexican/Hispanic, Native American, Japanese, Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Chinese? Russian? ... Maybe some Korean, Indian, African, Greek, Roman, Italian, and a little bit of British culture too.

Pretty Population? (OK, I’m still on the fence on this one. I guess it’s more like my characters are also going to get to define what counts is pretty so there’s going to be quite a variety still and certain skin conditions are also going to be included like... what was the condition with the different tone skins? I don’t mean like the melanomas. I mean like... it starts with a V, where people have dark skin and then a splash of like very pale or something and I need to look up what that’s called),

Population Demographics? (OK, again this one needs some work. They are not gonna be able to customize the male to female ratio because that’s not relevant. The ethnic makeup though... because I want to write these characters to be of different ethnicities themselves. At least I hope I portray that correctly.),

Extra-human Population (I may need to come up with a ratio for this one as opposed to the difference in the population of each type. Because I do plan to include most creatures like elves, dwarfs, fairies, etc. potentially some monsters... we’ll see. The question is do I want to add in the Meta-human Population option because magic is certainly going to be available in this storyline)

For now, I’m going to skip the technology option because at the very least this world is still beginning so potentially still possibly Stone Age Era(?) we’ll see. It can definitely grow after that... For now, I can definitely see that world growing to an Ancient Greek/Roman empire level of technology beyond that I am not sure yet.

Magic/Magical Upgrade 2 [Your realm’s magic is average. Maybe as much as 10 or 20 times as powerful as before. It takes the population needs years to gain full mastery. Though my characters are on, at least, level 4/5]

OK, this part is getting a little complicated because like I said earlier the actual world for the story is at best currently stone-aged. Though, as I said earlier, it does have the potential for growth and most of the “options” in the society and culture categories are things that may be influenced by my characters but definitely need to grow. I admit one or two, maybe more, of my characters are Big pop-culture fans so they are well-versed in things like books, movies, TV shows, Anime, some music at least, art is questionable as is fashion but those last ones aren’t the important parts. It’s more the first three that I’m referencing here because there will be influences from Avatar the Last Airbender, Avatar; Pandora, Lord of the Rings, and other fantasy/fictions.

Society... Culture...

Environment: Cosmic Adjustment (I have a possibility for the calendar year adjustment (based off Stardew Valley) but I definitely want to include more than one moon, possibly only two, and I can’t really think of anything else for this adjustment at this time. I also like the idea of, in addition to the different phases of the moon, of the moon changing colors. Like we already have the Blue moon, golden harvest Moon, and occasionally the blood moon. I want those to reflect in this world as their actual colors at certain times. Blue moon is the second full moon of the month, and harvest moon is of course during the fall and Halloween though I’m debating on whether I want Halloween to have a full orange Moon or a new moon... something to think about. Not sure if I’m including werewolves but if I did the blood moon would definitely affect them. Should the different color phases of the moon also affect the water? I don’t know how having two moons it’s going to affect the waters in general but I’m wondering if there’s a magical reason for the colors and how they affect the waters.), Landscape Adjustment (as mentioned there will be things from certain fantasy worlds like Avatar’s Pandora for example I definitely want to include floating mountains and floating island’s like from Subnautica, other stuff maybe included from other CYOA’s and/or have yet to be discovered. I don't know if this necessarily counts but I like the idea of multi-colored/rainbow-colored sand on beaches. Like Earth already has pink and black sand but I do want to expand on that for this world/story.), Fertile [The soil’s of this world are particularly fertile and make for most excellent farmland in most locations exceptions being deserts of any kind really.], Rich [The world is rich with oars minerals precious gems and other “earthborn” resources. Though some are also fantasy-related such as Vibranium, Mithril… Need to think of or remember other fantasy medals and/or gems], Exceptional Materials (this one’s a bit of a tossup because as I said there are some fantasy/fiction related materials already inserted into this fantasy world…), Magical Phenomena (...), Fauna & Flora (The main question is do I want to use level 2 or level 3... possibly level 3 because I do want to include magical abilities even in plants at least but for the inhabitants of this fantasy world I do want it to be biologically explainable to their knowledge)

Adventure: (OK so this one is also a bit on the “loose” side of things. Because I definitely want there to be some form of adventure, question is in the dungeon section I’m caught between level two and level three again. thing is they wouldn’t exist in the world yet at least not at this time because I am starting out, as I’ve said many times, in the Stone Age era of this world... perhaps these can be trials made by my characters as training for them to stay in peak condition but at this time are currently inaccessible to inhabitants at least without my main characters allowing it. The spirits section is also iffy. I suppose I could include that though, I can clearly hear Elizabeth saying that the spirits are not “ghosts of dead people” because those people deserve to rest after their lives. Speaking of the afterlife I do wanna include that though it may be a bit more Greek-based with the potential for rebirth/reincarnation with that option being up to the “ghosts”.  But the afterlife is definitely more of a paradise. of course even though I’m not including malice or violence in this world no when it’s holistically good and not everyone may deserve peace. So the question is what do I do in that situation? Do I make a version of hell or punishment, or just leave it in nothingness?  For the fate option, I guess the natives can say it's there and believe in it, question is does it actually exist in this world. Technically the Parthenon does exist because of my characters so that one I guess counts as a no-brainer. Theme, however, at least, in relativity to physics remains the same as standard fantasy though I’m not sure how to describe Pandoras floating mountains in that realm of physics, I guess I could just bundle it all together and call it “fantasy physics” though in my characters personal domains it may change at their whim.)

Capital:  so for now the “Capitol“ of this world is going to be whatever version of mount Olympus I come up with though I need to come up with an official name for later. The general area of my characters’ “domain” is at least at lifestyle upgrade level three and the individual areas are at least at level two. And obviously, they would be influence level three because... Duh.  Equipment; [you are granted unique equipment above and beyond the ordinary capabilities of the realm you produce. May take the form of a single item or set of items weapons, armor, artifacts, vehicles, whatever you wish. This one is questionable because Liz, for example, definitely will have her guns and armor even though she doesn’t necessarily need them anymore and she keeps them mostly for posterity. The same with Meghan and her weapons but her weapons are a bit more on the traditional side anyways and if Marc has any weapons they would most likely follow that trend as well. I guess I can’t say no to this option because... at the very least I want to leave it open for possibilities later.])

“Personal”:  OK, obviously when I say “personal” here I mean “general” for my main characters. They will obviously have immortality and I like the emphasis that they are resistant to forms of diseases and can heal from anything that doesn’t kill you as well as the eating, sleeping, etc. functions are now optional. I do like that because it kind of makes sense with their new powers and everything. They definitely have shapeshift level 2 though there are some more who may be more reluctant than others. I don’t know if I’m going to include different languages in this world (perhaps a “magic language”) so I don’t know if there will be a need for any of my characters to be a polyglot. Definitely want to include the awareness option, question is to what extent are they heightened, and/or do they vary from person to person? I would like to include the peak condition option as well, minus the getting sick thing because I do want to write some taking care of each other fluff where they have to help the other people get better, as well as it was the ideas and answers part... I’m not sure I want that. I guess the main things I want from the Peak condition is that their bodies are at least in peak condition where they do not necessarily have to continue to work at it but they are certainly allowed/able to exercise as if they were. Definitely including superhuman body, whereas they are magically strong fast, and durable with seemingly unlimited stamina they will run out at some point question is when? not even they know. 😉

Powers:  based on whatever title I give each character they will have corresponding powers but looking at the powers option list I do want to include teleportation, levitation, glamour, alchemy, healing, enchanting, conjuration, elementalism level three, possibly energy manipulation, scrying, biomancy, and nullification, as well as Dominion as general powers, though some may be better at certain skills than others.

Ascendance: (I'm just gonna start by saying that these options are just written here for easy reference. May have them be actually told to the characters at some point.) Divine Spark: [Each of the main characters' souls are infused with the barest fraction of existing divinity granting them much power. They are much more powerful as their path to ascension has been dramatically shortened. It will still probably take tens of thousands of years, however…], Guidance 2 [An enchanted and indestructible book containing untold amounts of information and arcane guidance. An ultimate encyclopedia which provides guidance in any path they wish to take. The guidebook has the ability to open a portal to a personal Divine repository which only you and those you allow to access. A vast library containing not only information but resources, anything and everything that could be necessary to advance or improve oneself.]

Complications: Trapped! [ The main characters are incapable of leaving this world. Is there a chance to break the “curse” from the outside?], Partnership [ you must share your world with another, will have as much influence and power as you yourself. This one seems fairly self-explanatory because there are at least seven or eight main characters in the story.], Artifact? [ all special powers and abilities are tied to an artifact, it is highly resistant to damage but it may be stolen or destroyed. Do I want this one in there or not I’m not sure.], Nightmare! [ again I’m not sure I want this one but it has some interesting potential for the characters to drive the story and encourage development. I still need to think this one over though.], Exile? ( OK so it’s not necessarily exile as in their powers aren’t really affected by it but they do have their own “pocket world” where they live without taking up space and/or directly influencing the native inhabitants. And the native inhabitants cannot easily find it, only with the help of the characters.)

Beneath the Waves CYOA

Species: True Mer, Aquoid (instead of using the original provided picture, I’m going to replace this version with the Sea Monsters from Luca.), Cecaelian (Cecaelia)

Powers?:

Sea Magic: Aquis [the hardest magic to master, is the magic of water. Those with it may eventually be able to shift and control water currents, control water pressure, and even telekinetically manipulate up to several tons of water but it will take months/years of hard work to master.],
